Just to clarify, Ahavas is known more for the “minyan factory” convenience. Yes, people do daven there on Shabbos and call it their shul but it is known for ’round the clock minyanim.
In terms of seasons, it never closed down and its still around. They declared bankruptcy but stayed open thought.
