No one has offered any rational or legal explanation demonstrating how the President and Attorney General could be prevented from carrying out what I described.

Effectively everyone’s acknowledged, despite the denials of some, that if the POTUS and AG were determined to carry out the above plan that all the posturing and hand-wringing couldn’t stop them or get in their determined way.
