He could not accept that Russia had an influence in being elected president and there might be a question about his legitimacy. so he says Ukraine was involved in helping Hillary. For this coming election, he must destroy his opponent Biden to make sure he will win. He has an inferiority complex. You don’t need to shout when you have arrived.
