Along the lines of Zahavasdad comments, also consider Ithaca (a bit longer drive) for a shabbos and perhaps a day or two longer. You have the option of the on-campus Young Israel House at Cornell (I’m dating myself since I think its been called Jewish Living Center at Cornell for a while) or the Chabad center just off campus. The Finger Lakes are an incredibly beautiful area which I’ve discovered many New Yorkers have not really seen.
Question for any location is whether you will be comfortable with indoor dining at ANY location where you aren’t guaranteed social distancing. If this is a concern, than check before yuu leave.
