You mean well, but could get in trouble. The ONLY information you may leave on an NOV is the 12 character case number. If the respondent is hesitant to have the interview close up, you may write your Census Phone number on the NOV an ask that the respondent call your phone when you retreat to the edge of the property or your car and you will conduct the interview over the phone.
How do I know this? My nephew, off from college (in person learning) since March 10, is a Census Field Supervisor. We donated space in conference room (unused due to Covid) for training sessions of both CFS and Enumerators. I heard so many hours of Orientation and Training, that I could conduct the sessions myself.
A local Enumerator was terminated for leaving business cards when he got live responses. Another was written up for handing out voter registration info,
