‘Lack of enagement and enthusiasm among the younger generation’ is true of most jewish communities in this country. Could be it is true across the country, not only by yidden. Look at the this presidential race, as well as the last one. I have a hunch, that it is a characteristic of the Boomers to never relinquish the steering wheel.
