My understanding is if you are using your company’s vpn for your browser than your opendns won’t be filtering. (For your kids you should probably try to block vpn’s with opendns) It is possible for your work vpn to have opendns built in.
If you are an employer who doesnt want employees on youtube all day than wireguard is a good vpn option.
