When we evaluate patients for dementia, i don’t think we’ve ever accidently confused it with a stutter. Also, your comment was about telling your neighbors kid who stutters he should be checked for dementia, and know your example is substituting words. You do realize that isn’t in the “stutter” catagory, right? So your original comment was a cut and paste and then you move on to something else mid conversation? Does anyone think about what they say or do people carry around party statements to interject into arguements?
