Even with the new “conservative” justice, there is zero likelihood that the court would reverse the gay marriage rulings. Roe v. Wade is definitely at risk, along with possible prohibitions against late term procedures but again zero liklihood of the Feds over-riding the states and trying to impose a Federal ban on all abortions.
