Recounts are illegal in every state except for Georgia (which has already done one and may do a second), Wisconsin, and Nevada. Trump won’t pay for one in Nevada and won’t pay for one in Wisconsin except for two counties. He knows he has lost; this is all about grifting more money from his supporters, who aren’t just losers but suckers.
