Health: I have consistently noted that the Dems have to speak out against the crazies on the far left fringe or they risk losing credibility to address what I think is the more dangerous threat from the far right. The seemingly endless nightly riots in Portland and Seattle with mayors limiting their police and prosecutors refusing to charge shows the lockhold of the left on segments of the party.
