Ubiq -“US courts -The Court usually is not under any obligation to hear these cases”
“The court does NOT hear al cases. they decide which cases to hear. The ones they decide to hear are granted a writ of Certiorari.
Most cases, including all related to the election are denied, menaing the court declines to hear them.”
One of your few True statements from a Compulsive Liar!
“I thought we covered this already”
But unfortunately you Never understood my posts!
I’m Not a Shrink, so I don’t know Why!
For a Know – it – All, like you, you’d think that maybe there is more than one definition for “Hearing”?!?
From the US courts.gov, that’s talking about SCOTUS is one, but I was using the Other One.
From the Encyclopedia Brittanica:
“Hearing, in law, a trial. More specifically, a hearing is the formal examination of a cause, civil or criminal, before a judge according to the laws of a particular jurisdiction. In common usage a hearing also refers to any formal proceeding before a court.”
“Nothing wrong with making a guess….But there is something Wrong with doing a Lie of Fabrication!”
“whats the difference? I don;t follow”
For the Word “Guess” – look in any Dictionary!
Why do you make me repeat myself?!
Ok – One more time:
“Lets see how my truthful statement “The supreme court will dismiss the case as moot”
“When you keep trying to defend yourself, it seems that you’re trying to Manipulate that it Wasn’t a Lie of Fabrication.
Yes, it was. Because at the time of your post, No one, even individual Justices could know what the outcome would be.
So at the time of your post – it was Lie of Fabrication!”
Again:
“From Psychology.wikia.com
“Fabrication –
A fabrication is a lie told when someone submits a statement as truth, without knowing for certain whether or not it actually is true. Although the statement may be possible or plausible, it is not based on fact. Rather, it is something made up, or it is a misrepresentation of the truth.”
