Seriously, though, he “environment” at these spaces changes fairly frequently and what may seem “kosher” now, could change quickly with a few departures/arrivals. The spaces operated by a national firm called “We Work” are all over the NYC metro area and you should be able to find one near your location. They are clean, well-equipped, closely monitored for noisy and disruptive individuals and generally provided a positive work environment. I have used them in several cities, pre-pandemic, and was very impressed.
