It seems like IYK is doing ?????? ???? what does that mean? To come closer to Hashem as opposed to doing mitzvos because that’s how he was brought up (I’m assuming iyk is a he as opposed to someone else that assumed iyk is a she)
I have heard in the name of Rav Avraham Twerski that if an addict needs to make a call on shabbos or Yom Tov he’s allowed to because that is ????? ??? the same can be applied here
