Duvidf- Once we get into ??? ??? ????? I agree that nothing exists independently of Hashem. I still wouldn’t say that everything is a “part” of Hashem, but that nothing exists outside of Him, like you quoted from the Nefesh Hachaim:
?? ????? ???? ???? ??? ??? ???? ????? ???, ?? ??? ??? ????? ?????? ????? ????? ???.
But still, on the day-to-day level where we see the world as having an existence and understand that it was created, the neshama is one of the things that was created, not the Creator.
