Reply To: what is the cause of income inequality in the jewish commnuity?

According to the Torah, there are 2 ways for a person to improve their finances – Hishtadlus and davening. The concept of income inequality assumes there is a 3rd factor: blaming other people who are at fault for my situation. Is that a valid stance according to the Torah, or is the whole concept of income inequality misguided?
