Maybe try to accept all of your inner feelings and emotions and then be gentle and soft to them and tell it that you are there for them and understand what they are trying to do but you just feel that it’s not helping you at this point and then breathe and respond again like this when it comes up again. Let me know how you feel after this approach. Good luck.
