I want to hear the witnesses including the ones whose testimony was taken earlier and recorded before I come to any conclusion about who bears responsibility for the events of January 6th. I want to know who brought the gallows and who originated the idea of hanging the Vice President of the United States. I’d also like to know who planted the bombs the evening prior to the assault. I would also like to know why a Congressman from Alabama thought it necessary to wear body armor when addressing the assemblage. There is also the unanswered question of why members of the Proud Boys stocked weapons in a motel outside of DC awaiting word on when to enter DC armed.
I find it hard to believe that Trump planned on marching to the Capital and that he was watching the rioting on TV that afternoon refusing to act. So many unanswered questions that may be answered by witnesses, texts and recordings.
I’m rescheduling my Thursday night learning to listen to the hearing on radio in order to be an informed American.
