Reb Eliezer’s list of issues is in line with mine, which of course means it’s pretty good. Here’s why I will vote for Biden supporters in the Midterms:
Economy – is strong despite difficult circumstances of high fuel and food costs.
Inflation – is largely the province of the Fed, and Biden will not stand in their way; and it’s a world-wide problem.
Gun control – is opposed by Republicans, and the Second Amendment is substantially misunderstood by opponents of gun control.
Covid – the Centers for Disease Control know better than the rest of us what should be done; yes, I am tired of wearing a mask, but it’s better than getting a serious disease; Republicans, e.g., Gov. DeSantis of Florida, are mostly foolish about Covid.
Ukraine – Russia and its dictator, Putin, are a serious threat to democracy throughout the world. Non-Trumper conservatives want Biden to fight harder for Ukraine, and they are right.
