I am referring to Dersh not because his opinions are absolute but because, contrary to yours and mine, his opinions are based on legal knowledge. So, if he is (politely) asking to clarify a need for a raid rather than milder legal approach, there is something there.
I personally don’t want to go into eternal whatabouts “but” 🙂 Hillary and haverah clearly stalled investigation, refused access to hardware, deleted evidence, and were treated nicely during polite meetings with authorities. Before the server, you may want to read IG report on Hillary’s state department that mentions that unfortunately participants left government employment and can not be compelled to testify to answer all IG questions. Oh, well.
