@ Gadol I’d add that the modern trend toward a “working ?????” isn’t helpful.
Anf we need to keep in mind that commercial Koshurus standards are higher than what people keep at home. If someone can go without ever asking a ?? about their own kitchen, they are not doing kosher right.
