Get rid of your dog. Give it away or sell it.
In his Sefer HaMidot, chapter Achilah, chelek sheni, paragraph 9,
Rabbi Nachman of Breslov wrote:
“He who is bit by a dog, it is known that the mercies of
[G*D Who dwells in] Heaven have departed from him,
and it is also known that he has stumbled with forbidden foods.”
