Hersh Kestin and Chanana Weissman are not YIM members,
but laitzanus [ליצנות] is a violation of Torah Law,
and the person who calls himself “common saychel”
is constantly making comments that are laitzanus.

The moderators of this web site do not permit
Lashon HaRa or Nivul Peh, and that is good and correct.

So why do they permit the laitzanus of “common saychel”,
which is just as forbidden as Lashon HaRa or Nivul Peh?

Maybe the moderators do not understand that
laitzanus [ליצנות] is a violation of Torah Law?
