No offense intended, but you missed the point.
99.9% of people who hear about Jimmy Carter’s book will NEVER read the book — but they will remember THE TITLE OF THE BOOK, which strongly [and falsely] implies that Israel is an apartheid state.
You seem determined to always judge The Democrats favorably, even when the facts do not permit it, and even though there is no Torah requirement to judge them favorably.
I distinctly remember Jimmy Carter publicly stating that his re-election failed BECAUSE OF THE JEWS, even though 85% of Jews voted for him in that election (yes, I am that old!)
Most important of all, Jimmy Carter’s book eventually helped persuade hundreds of millions of people that Israel is an apartheid state.
Most important of all, Jimmy Carter’s book eventually helped persuade many millions people that Israel HAS NO RIGHT TO EXIST, and should be wiped-off-the-map, by any means possible, including terrorism.
Because of Jimmy Carter’s book, any Jew who supports Israel can be ACCUSED OF RACISM, which is one of the most devastating accusations in our times.
Why do you insist on judging Jimmy Carter favorably, even after the devastating damage that he did against Israel’s reputation (and indirectly, against ALL Jews, even those who never visited Israel)?
As I write these words, I clearly understand that you (and those like you) will never, NEVER, *** NEVER *** listen, forever and ever and ever and ever.
