I needed some money but my credit cards balances where too high.
i singed up to one of these was a Frum company etc. they said yes we will get a bridge loan to lower your ratio that’s the only thing stopping you from getting it etc. ok i split the 5000 into 2 payments. after i did there whole course in 3 days which didn’t even tell me anything new i had a meeting with him for strategy, where he rushed me off the zoom in 3 mins. when i asked about the bridge loan to move forward, he told me that its expensive and its like 30% for 2 months lol. im like no way not doing that. so he tells me i should borrow from friends or something.
in the meantime there second payment of 2500 was not going through because high balance and his partner kept calling me.
i went ahead and disputed the Amex charges. they told me no new information, it requires perfect credit and if you have perfect credit anyone can get 0% business credit cards for 100k. i won the dispute in 2 days because i used amex and im done with them. in the meantime the guys partner called me 5 times a day for 4 months once i did the dispute and i just ignored them.
