Reply To: Refuting the Three Oaths [Gimel Shevuot]

3 Shevuot lehalacha is not “invented”.
Nor is it “accepted by as clear halacha by all of klal yisrael” .

This is not the first unresolved halachik issue , nor is it the last.
It is childish for either side to insist that there is no other side.
