Do you know that not every Gadol agreed with Rav Miller zatsal regarding elections?
I am 100% positive , although I have not spoken to him recently, that Rav Miller Zatsal would be appalled , dismayed and terrified at what the current republican party is and what Trump did on January 6th.
I am also 100% sure that Rav Miller zatsal’s view on the world was 100% based on the Torah and he knew that there were many blemishes in the republican party even back then.
