Fact check: The President did not apologize for his “bullseye” remarks. I advise you to listen to what he said, as I did. The interviewer asked him about it, Biden thought that he was being accused of saying “crosshairs”, and said that what he had meant to say was “bullseye”. It’s the opposite of an apology. I have no other comment on this lovely CR discussion.
