Ginger ale, cola in moderation (caffeine is really not great for the baby), saltine crackers, don’t stand up suddenly when you get out of bed, stay away from high-fat foods when you feelt he nausea and stick with carbs. Eat several small meals rather than three big ones. Keep hydrated, but don’t think you have to drink it all at one time. Sip throughout the day.
