maybe in brooklyn all tickets are well deserved but in Monsey the cops sometimes seem to look for excuses to give tickets. For example can anybody tell me one good reason why the speed limit on College Road near RCC is only 30 MPH, the same as a typical winding side street. That part of College Rd is 4 lanes and its straight not winding. And the cops sometimes wait in the area to give tickets to those who are going over 30.
