kibbe is a little hard to make from scratch…most people that do make it from scratch make it in groups of 3 or more. It’s time consuming and if you don’t have a crew you will spend hours in the kitchen and yield only 25 kibbe, also it’s easier if you have the kibbe attachment for the kitchen aid.
