To ssiy: this means that you are unable to walk the streets now? any where you go there is second hand smoke. it is your choice to walk around the others and not inhale the smoke. on a second note, if these bochurim choose to smoke then that is their problem but not for you to deal with. unless your name is on the board of the yeshiva you should let the higher ups deal with this issue. if they choose not to then maybe choose a different bais medrish.
