KeppinEntertained-Guavas are good, but what are really interesting are the dark red and purple fruits such as Blueberriies, Mulberries, Cranberries, Pomegranates… They are very high in Antioxidants, high in Vitamin C, fruit fiber, can help keep our immune system strong and healthy during wintertime, and the list goes on. Let food be your medicine.
