KeepinEntertained- I read that Guavas (very yummy) are low in saturated fact and are ideal for weight loss. I am not a physician and I am not qualified to give you any kind of nutritional advice. I would suggest to contact your doctor about a plan to lose weight if this be the case. I do not want to get ywn into any kind of trouble. Moderators am I correct to write this statement, being this is a a very public website.
