oh i’m not saying not. but was there ever a president that had that many jokes circulating before he was even inaugurated? (granted, most of them are probably more racist jokes, than jokes that he really deserves, but still)
but yeah, GW did provide a good laugh every time he opened his mouth… and not because he was funny…
