Reply To: Special Shabbos recipees?

I just saw that espresso cheesecake recipe. it seemed very labor-intensive, and I just spent the day yesterday making a marble cheesecake and pies that took forever to prepare, so I chickened out of making the Binah one. Meanwhile, our cooking for all of Shavuos is virtually done, to the point where I ALMOST do not need to make an eruv tavshilin (but I will, because soemthing always comes up that we need for Shabbos).
