There is a picture of the kid available on another Jewish news website. The kid is gaunt and emaciated. This is a case of pikuach nefesh. Clearly something is wrong. When it comes to saving Jewish lives, I would tend to side with the government (and I’m no Zionist). Same thing with the baby death case from a while ago.
