In Joseph’s absence, I’ll do the honors. A saudi cleric ruled that a man is allowed to slap his wife in the face if she spends money on something that he doesn’t approve of, and that its her fault that she got slapped because she shouldn’t have spent the money. I agree with that. < / sarcasm >
