Poster when things are more calm at your job, ask for a private meeting with your employer. Try to discuss the tongue lashing and maybe constructive things your employer can suggest to improve your working productivity. This is very important Poster do this only if your employer does not have an Abusive Personality Disorder. Another possibility is to speak to a Rabbi or Rebbetzen that you feel comfortable to discuss personal matters with.
