And being called a woman is…some type of insult? That is too volatile a subject for me to address :). So you felt that telling someone you could be his Rabbi, and that he is probably and am ha’aretz, is an appropriate comeback to being called a woman. Hmmm.
Furthermore, I think you insult the intelligence, not to mention memory, of fellow posters by categorizing their doctor’s communications with them as possible products of “playing telephone”. These were first hand comments, not usually subject to the “telephone game”.
I really don’t think you mean it, Health, but in one thread you managed to insult one poster by snootily tossing “you are obviously not part of the medical community and therefore didn’t understand” shot, another by labeling as “am ha’aretz”, some others by questioning their comprehension and retention of first hand communication by their physician, not to mention all the women on this forum who have just been informed that “being called a woman” is worthy of hurling insults in the other direction :).
