I’d rather not get into the specifics, but the crowd by PPY is very different than the crowd in BYOB. In a community where there is only one school, the parents would be forced to send their child to the only available BY school. In areas like Brooklyn, that has hundreds of school, there’s one for every kind. There are other schools that might be more comparable, but many of them have a limit on how many new students they accept a year. (This I know for a fact)
