HSS, NY’s Blaine Amendment makes vouchers illegal.
GAW, I know that one day school in Milwaukee, WI is funded by vouchers. I am not aware of any other day schools/ yeshivos located in communities where vouchers are available. I agree that repeal the Blaine Amendment should not be expected anytime soon.
