Tomorrow is Erev Rosh Hashana. On this day, many men observe the custom to fast (at least) half a day (i.e. until Chatzos). In my own unfortunate experience, there have been many times that I forgot about this hanhaggah until after breakfast (by which point there was no “trick” to making it to Chatzos, lol). Therefore, I felt that a reminder might be helpful to myself and to anyone else who tries to follow this minhag.
