Jothar, Then apparently they disagree with Rav Kotler zt’l, the other Roshei Yeshiva’s of BMG, Rav Finkel zt’l, Rav Shmuelevitz zt’l, and the other Roshei Yeshiva’s of Mir (amongst many others).
