I come from a long line of butchers/shochtim so I love a good steak. But I love good dairy food also (my family says milschting, which I thought people might not understand). Lasagna, stuffed shells, fettucini alfredo…I once made the most awesome fettucini with a pesto-alfredo sauce. Wow was that delicious and oh so fattening. It was for shavuos so well worth it!
