If $$$ is an issue, try RIETS (YU) – seriously – if you have an undergraduate degree, there is NO TUITION FEE to learn in the yeshiva (obviously this includes going to various shiurim, as well – it’s not simply, “yeah, grab a seat in the beis medresh and make yourself at home” – you get the full four-course experience); if you’re single and get admitted to one of the YU kollels, you also get a free dorm room; if you’re married and get into one of the kollels, you have a shot at a kollel apartment on campus – there may be stipends for single guys, too
