spelling and grammar usage, i have always said do not need to be followed strictly on message boards. but reading comprehension skills do need to be used. there are many posters here that truly lack this skill, and argue points completely on the basis on not understanding and taking information out of a paragraph.
the skill of reading comprehension is need in everything that is written, including advertisements. a message board, whether with misspelled words or incorrect sentence structure still gets the point across, but if you cant comprehend the point, then being on here is useless.
