Before he made his chazzanus a family business it was very pleasant. to me Maran Dvishmaya is a classic. it’s one of those that you say to yourself every day of slichos. even later he was great. i can’t stand when his tuchter skreeches kvakoros. anyone whose married understands this…:-)
