Once again I hate to nitpick and take haifagirl’s job…but I believe the word is CURtail not CUTtail.
But you’re right. It is curtail. And if you’re going to criticize someone for his spelling, misspell properly. He spelled it cutail with only one “t.” (And I have a strong feeling it was a typo on his part.)
