squeak, wow i am very impressed! anyways as this is a cholent thread i say everyone mostly says theirs is most heaven. and to all you fellow sefardim, i think the little difference is the ussue with the eggs in it no? a morrocan friend of mine = her cholent is like this- a big bowl of beans, an big bowl of meat/bones, and bowl of potatoes. a persian friend of ours cholent tasted heaven and spicy! its amazing how there are so many varieties!
